Dividends

A $0.14 per share cash dividend was paid on听March 1, 2011 and听June 1, 2011 to shareholders on record as of听February 15, 2011 and April 29, 2011, respectively. On July 12, 2011, our Board of Directors increased the quarterly common share dividend by听100 percent to $0.28 per share. The increased cash dividend was paid on听September 1, 2011 and听December 1, 2011 to shareholders on record as of the close of business on听August 15, 2011 and November 18, 2011, respectively. Additionally, the increased cash dividend was paid on听March 1, 2012 to shareholders on record as of the close of business on February 15, 2012. On March 13, 2012, our Board of Directors increased the quarterly common share dividend by听123 percent to $0.625 per share. The increased cash dividend will be payable on听June 1, 2012 to shareholders of record on the close of business on April 29, 2012.
